Case Details:On December 11, 2004, victim Ray Ballard was shot to death while seated in the front passenger seat of a close friend. A male subject approached from the passenger side of the vehicle and fired numerous rounds from a semi-automatic firearm. Victim Ballard was struck multiple times and died on the scene. The driver of the vehicle was not harmed.
