Missing or Unidentified Person

On November 30, 1988, in Sussex, Virginia, the partial remains of a male decedent were found in a wooded area. Only the skull was found. The male is estimated to be Black / African American and about 30 - 55 years of age. The estimated year of death is between 1982 - 1988.
