Susan Lacee Fast Eagle, 30, of Rapid City, South Dakota, was last seen in the Memorial Park area of Rapid City on May 3, 2021. According to her husband, Fast Eagle had been feeling ill that day; he left to buy her food, and when he returned she was gone. She was reported missing by relatives on May 13, 2021. Detectives determined Fast Eagle was last seen together with 51-year-old Verdell Brown Bull of Kyle, South Dakota, at the same place and time; neither has been located since, and Brown Bull was separately reported missing to the Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety. Fast Eagle is described as a Native American woman, 5'2" tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown/hazel eyes; she wears eyeglasses. She has a tattoo of the Insane Clown Posse "Hatchet Man" character on her right forearm and a tattoo reading "Melinco" on her left arm. She may also go by the surname "Chief Eagle."
The Rapid City Police Department is the lead investigating agency. The department has offered a $3,000 reward, funded through the Community Reward Fund, for information leading to Fast Eagle's location.
