Case Details:On March 12, 2003, a left forearm and hand were discovered on the bank of the Elizabeth River in Chesapeake, Virginia. Partial remains with soft tissues were recovered. It was determined that the decedent was an adult male and had brown hair. Estimation of age range, race and ethnicity, height, weight, eye color, approximate date of death, clothing, and any distinguishing traits or scars could not be determined. The decedent is referred to a Chesapeake John Doe (March 2003).
