Case Details:Steven Joseph Andre, a 49-year-old white male, was last seen in Roseville, California on July 1, 2012. At the time of his disappearance, Andre was 5'11" tall, weighed 180 pounds, and had brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo of a dog, then name "Joshua" and the state of Texas on his left shoulder. On his right shoulder, he has a tattoo of the Oakland Raiders logo. After his disappearance, his father received a call from a social worker in Reno, Nevada. It appeared Andre had applied for Supplemental Security Income benefits in Nevada, but he did not leave an address and never returned to the Social Security office to finish his application.
