Case Details:On November 20, 2019, the partial and badly decomposed skeletal remains of an unidentified male, known as Virginia Beach John Doe, were discovered along the shore of Croatan Beach in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Due to the advanced state of decomposition, authorities estimated a broad age range of 18 to 99 years and suggested possible Hispanic, Asian, American Indian, or Alaska Native ancestry. Despite extensive search efforts, no additional remains were located, and investigators were unable to determine the individual's height, weight, specific cause of death, or postmortem interval. No clothing or personal items were found with the remains, and no distinctive physical features were noted.
