Case Details:On Thursday, May 15, 2014, Chesterfield County police responded to the 3300 block of Meadowdale Boulevard for a report of multiple shots fired. Upon arrival, police located two adult male shooting victims. One victim, David Emmanuel-Sinclair Copeland, 23, of the 3300 block of Meadowdale Boulevard, died at the scene. The second victim was transported to VCU Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries and has since been released. The first suspect is described as a black male, about 5 feet 4 inches tall and in his early 20s. He had a dark complexion and was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt and dark jeans. The second suspect is described as a tall black male with a thin build who was in his early 20s. He had a light complexion and was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
