Case Details:On November 1, 1976, in Williamsburg / James City County, Virginia, skeletal remains were found along the bank of the York River approx. 10 miles south of West Point in James City County, Virginia. Interval between death & discovery is 10 plus years. The decedent is an adult male 25 - 60 years old. Based on footwear found near the body, the unidentified may have been pigeon-toed on the right foot. Found near the body: Shoes: custom made leather boot with a toe-in correction (common in Western US), Black felt-like cloth with a hand-sewn hem, Three modern plain flat 1/2" gray-black two-hole buttons
