Case Details:On August 11, 1980, in Norfolk, Virginia, a black male was found inside an abandoned construction trailer. He was found laying on the floor with a piece of foam under his head as if sleeping. Shoes were off and just outside the doorway. The decedent is an adult, black male about 75 - 85 years old.
