Case Details:On May 27, 1987, in Rockbridge County, Virginia, decomposed remains were found adjacent to the interstate by state highway workers. The decedent is a White/Caucasian male, estimated to be 20 - 40 years old. He was approximately 5'4" and 150 lbs with remnants of brown hair. His estimated time of death was eight days prior to being found. Clothes: Heavy brown coat with fur interior, short sleeved shirt, blue jeans with brown belt, brown shoes, and glasses. Glasses were similar to the type issued by the Veterans Administration to Vets. The glasses is for a near sighted person.
