Missing or Unidentified Person

On February 17, 1980, in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia, human skeletal remains were found by hikers near Interstate 64. Personal effects found with body include boots, a pocket watch, a penknife, and single green button (see images). The decedent is estimated to be an adult Hispanic male about 18 - 25 years old. His estimated time of death is at least five years prior to being found.
