The decedent was an Asian male 18 - 30 years old. He had a tattoo on his left knuckles: 1-9-6-3. Clothing: Long-sleeved beige shirt with white stripes, size 16, brand name "John Henry", White "Fruit of the Loom" underwear, size 12
