Case Details:On September 8, 2007, the remains of a full-term newborn male infant were discovered in the back of a garbage truck in the Great Falls area of Fairfax County, Virginia. Investigators traced the truck's recent collections primarily to the Sterling Park neighborhood in nearby Loudoun County, suggesting the infant likely originated from that area. The baby weighed approximately 4 pounds and measured 18 inches in length, with dark eyes, dark straight hair on his scalp, and notably longer hair—about 1 inch—at the base of his neck. His race, cause of death, and manner of death are undetermined.
