Missing or Unidentified Person

On August 25, 1951, in Porstmouth, Virginia, the remains of a black, male infant were found in a residential yard near train tracks. It was estimated that he was approximately two weeks old at the time of death. He was 1'3" tall, weighed 2lbs, and had black hair.
