Case Details:On February 19, 2002, a dredging company was working in Chincoteague Bay in Chincoteague, Virginia. While dredging, they found a human mandible in the bay. Upon examination, it was determined the decedent was male, but no other defining characteristics (race/ethnicity, height, weight, etc.) could be determined.
