Missing or Unidentified Person
On February 24, 2025, in Newport News, Virginia, the remains of a white male were found near the C&O Pier 1 in the James River. He stood 5'5" to 5'7" and weighed between 140-150lbs. There is no age estimated. A newspaper article from the time stated that he had no identification on the body, but that there were two pictures - one of himself and one of another man. His clothes were nearly completely worn and about $1 was found on his body (assumed to be coins due to the estimation).
