Case Details:An unidentified Black man was found unresponsive outside a Metro station in Arlington, Virginia, on December 17, 1989. The man was transported to a local hospital but was pronounced deceased shortly after. The decedent, believed to be unhoused, measured 5ft 11in tall and weighed 233 pounds, with black hair, a black mustache and beard, and brown eyes; he bore no scars or tattoos. He was found wearing two shirts, a jacket, and shoes, with no further descriptions noted on clothing size, style, labels, colors etc.
