Missing or Unidentified Person

On 10/4/2025, a skeletonized mandible was located by hikers in the area north of Silver City, ID (43.0336. -116.7348), and recovered the following day by the Owyhee County Sheriff’s Office. No additional skeletal remains were located in this area. Age, race and sex are unknown.
