Missing or Unidentified Person

On March 1, 1951, in Newport News, Virginia, the remains of a black, male infant, estimated to be about 3 weeks old, was found floating in the river. He was 1'8" tall and 10lbs - estimates put his death at about 4 days prior to being found.
