NCOUC - Group 3

Missing or Unidentified Person

On March 5, 1910, this unidentified white male was picked up in Richmond, Virginia - he was unable to speak or hear and had no identification and was admitted to Eastern State Hospital where he worked as a farm laborer.

On June 19, 1951, in Williamsburg, Virginia, he was struck by a car and suffered head injuries. He died from his injuries on June 21.

At the time he passed away, it was determined that he was between the ages of 55 to 75 years old. He stood 6'0" tall, weighed about 150lbs, and he had gray hair and hazel eyes.

If he was 55 to 75 years old at the time he passed in 1951, this would place his age between 15 to 35 years old when he was found.
