Case Details:On Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at about 11:40 p.m., officers responded to a shots fired call in the area of Bridget Court in North Chesterfield. Once on scene, officers found James Patrick Mosley in the parking lot of his townhouse suffering from several gunshot wounds. Sadly, James died at the scene. Witnesses described seeing a black male wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt in the area at the time of the shooting, as well as a dark-colored vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed.
