Missing or Unidentified Person

The decedent was found frozen on a coal train car. There were no signs of trauma. He may have climbed into rail car UFIX1067, which originated at what was then the Pruitt Power plant in Richmond, Texas. The train went through Texas, Denver, and Guernsey before stopping in Gillette, Wyoming. Train manifest archives only go back to 1996, and this train ran in 1995. Without a manifest, it is unknown where it had stopped on this route.

He is known by the nickname "Coal Train Carlos."
