Case Details:On May 20, 2007, Nicolas Moreno-Pantoja was shot and killed while traveling on Chippenham Parkway near Belmont Road in Chesterfield County, VA. A passenger in that vehicle identified a dark colored SUV that pulled along the driver's side of the vehicle and shots were fired from that vehicle at that time. Chesterfield police believe the incident was not random and that the victim may have been shot following a dispute with one of the suspects.
