Case Details:On November 16, 1979, in Richmond, Virginia, unidentified remains were found along Seaboard Railroad Tracks off Leigh Street. The decedent is an adult black male about 40 - 55 years old. His estimated time of death is months prior to being found. Clothing: green sweatshirt & a gray hooded sweatshirt; blue trousers & green trousers; workmen's boots; two key chains, one with two keys and the other with four keys; 1 ring from Manchester High School (retained by PD on scene)
